Tammany via the Red Trail, down via the Blue Trail) twice.  Total miles = 6.7.<\/p>\n<p>March 1, 2016 &#8211; I did the Tammany Loop once.  Then I ran the Appalachian Trail out past Sunfish Pond and back.
