Weather: Partly cloudy; 65 degrees

Notes: Good run. Pace was faster than normal. 9:06. If I can do that pace through the race I will finish in under 2 hours.

Half Marathon Training – Weekly Long Run

Today’s Goal: 9 miles
Actual Distance: 9 miles
Time: 1:30:59
Weather: Sunny; Cool; 60 degrees; Beautiful September morning
Time of Day: 8 AM
Notes: This is the longest distance I’ve ever run. I felt good the whole run. At one point it was like I forgot I was still running and was lost in my thoughts.
